– Responsible for the selection and employment of high quality for organization either internal or external source.
– Responsible for providing learning and development (L&D) program that support organizational needs and enhance employee skill.
– Define a fair, competitive, and equitable compensation and benefit (CB) package that fits with organizational goals.
– Responsible for develop HR internal policies and employee administration.
– Responsible for managing manpower on-going administration.
– Responsible for GA matter.
– Responsible to maintain company in compliance condition.
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
– Required skill(s): interview and selection, organization development plan, detailed oriented, payroll, Employee Relations, well understanding of UU No. 13/ 2013, expatriate working permit.
– Required language(s): English – At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
