Requirement :

Male, maximum 27 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering.
Having knowledge about coal quality and boiler machine is an advantage. Minimum 1 year experience as marketing on mining or coal trading company.
Good looking, energetic and excellent communication skill.
Proficient in English is a must.

Coal deposits are mined using conventional open-exponential-pit mining methods using trucks, excavators, loaders and bulldozers for both overburden removal and coal mining methods and transported by barge from the third coal loading terminal for transshipment locations.

Main duties

Provide administrative and logistical support in organising events, meetings, travel arrangements and high level visits
Provide HR support to UKCCU
Manage UKCCU budget, process payments for admin budget, act as petty cash holder
Provide administrative support to Head of UKCCU
Maintain contacts database
Undertake ad hoc research for the UKCCU
Provide support in other activities within the team, as required

Requirements

An associate degree (D3) in administration or related field, with preferably 3 to 4 years’ experience in administrative management
Preferably have experience of a similar role in another Embassy or international organisation
Attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard
Flexibility, resilience under pressure and decisiveness
Ability to work with people of different levels and backgrounds
Strong written and oral communication in Indonesian and English
Be proficient in MS Office applications
